Couple (29) seeking house in Dunedin, Otago Region

My partner and I are currently searching for a new place to live, something with a bit more space but still budget-friendly. A 1–2 bedroom home would be ideal. We're open to locations outside the city centre, as long as it's quiet, livable and has parking space. Affordability and comfort are our main priorities.
