Couple (33) seeking apartment in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty

My wife and I are looking for a place to live in the Mount area. We are both Civil Engineers. We don't smoke or have pets or have children. We are clean tenants who will look after the property and will respect the landlords rules. End of August move in date would suit ideally.
