About Us We are a mature, respectful couple in our early 30s looking for a warm, comfortable home as our current tenancy is coming to an end. I am a 33-year-old female working part-time in the Marketing, Sales, and Promotions industry, while my partner, 34, is employed full-time in the hands-on Welding and Engineering trade. We’ve been in each other’s lives for over a decade — best friends and now committed partners — and are ready to settle into a home we can treat with pride and care. We always pay our rent on time, uphold our responsibilities as tenants, and maintain the property to a clean and respectful standard. We are quiet, tidy, and courteous, and we get along well with neighbours in all our previous rental situations. We also come with a beloved family member — Minnie, our 10-year-old cat. She is fully toilet-trained, calm, and very adaptable to new environments. Minnie causes no damage and has never been a disruption or concern to landlords or neighbours. We’re now looking for a cosy, secure property where we can create a long-term home together, bringing reliability, warmth, and genuine care to the space we live in.
