Family (54) seeking house in Hamilton, Waikato Region

My 33 year old daughter, myself and her incredibly well behaved puppy have decided that it may be wise to move in together due the price of rentals. We both live in Te Aroha at the moment, but separately. Jamie-Lee would like to study next year and I am a Chef by trade, although I have taken the last year off just to help her out as she was finding it almost impossible to find affordable housing in Tauranga where she has been living until recently. Hamilton is my preference as I was a chef there for a few years. Both Jamie-Lee and I enjoy the outdoors and I particularly love gardening. We're both very house proud, pay our rent on time and have agreed that in order for us to rent together, we'd need a largish house so we can enjoy our own space when needed. I also have 3 Grandchildren that live in the Thames/Tauranga areas whom I'd love to have over when they can and know it wont be a crush.
