Female (39) seeking house in Te Awamutu, Waikato Region

Myself , my 18 year old daughter and 3 year old son are needing to move by the 7th of February 2026. Unfortunately my house is needed for a new farm manager. I would love a 3 bedroom on the outskirts of Te Awamutu or Otorohanga. My daughter is employed and I’m returning back to work now my son is finally in daycare. My hobbies are hiking , the gym , nature , and making concrete garden spheres n pots . I don’t party , smoke , do drugs. I have no pets . I take pride in home and gardens. You won’t have to worry about chasing up rent payment as I’m financially secure . I do have a past ( who doesn’t ) I’ve learnt , healed. Focused on health n well being
