Hi. My name is Missy. I am looking for long term accommodation for my daughter..2 grandchildren and myself. I am working part time in Morrinsville for Annah Stretton Fashion ltd as well as studying at Wintec. My daughter is a fulltime mother. Rent will never be an issue I have no history of bad credit. I have no outstanding bills. I am very tidy and maintain any property I am living at. I have many qualifications in regards to the land and also a trade in painting and decorating. I would also like to disclose that I have a police record from 30 years ago. I have not been involved with any poor decision making since. I have strived to educate myself and be apart of a contributing member of society. I have lived in Te Aroha for a year and a 1/2 and have made solid connections here.
