Female (53) seeking studio in Christchurch Central, Canterbury Region

My 12yr old fur companion & myself, 53yrs young , are currently seeking a long term , tiny, but large backyard , quiet , managable home. I often walk my companion before sunrise , weather permitting , so i am interested in something small , pet friendly & local to Linwood & surrounds. Im single , i dont entertain as others would being this young & on their own. Im hoping to enjoy peace & quiet , after managing surburban bars for 20yrs. I enjoy gardening , hence the backyard option. I have various shapes & sizes of potted joy to fill a home & outdoor suntrap with. I am a clean & tidy person , who will look after the property. I can handle any little d.i.y chores if needed ,to help improve the look & general well being of the home & garden.
